Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using xscript.net ("the site," "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site provides
The site offers free, browser-based tools that simulate a hacker / cyberpunk aesthetic, including:
- An AI-style code typer.
- A Matrix-style falling code effect.
- A simulated cyber attack map.
- A fake hacker terminal with auto-running commands.
- A futuristic operations dashboard.
- A glitch and zalgo text generator.
- A small set of utility scripts that you can copy and paste into your own systems.
All visual tools are simulators provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not perform real network activity, real attacks, or real data collection on third-party systems.
3. License to use
You may use the tools and pages on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including streaming, content creation, and classroom demonstrations. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable if you violate these terms.
The utility scripts shown on the home page are short, common patterns. You may copy and adapt them for your own use, on systems you own or are explicitly permitted to operate. You assume all responsibility for what those scripts do when you run them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its tools in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Misrepresent any simulated output (for example, the cyber attack map's animated traffic) as real data, real threats, or real evidence.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected service.
- Upload or transmit any virus, worm, or other harmful code through any feedback channel.
- Impersonate xscript.net, its operator, or any other person.
- Use the tools in a way that could mislead, defraud, or harm another person.
5. Educational and entertainment disclaimer
The tools are not real. Specifically:
- The fake terminal and AI code typer display pre-scripted text — no commands execute on any system.
- The cyber attack map shows generated, client-side data — it is not a live threat feed.
- The tech dashboard's metrics, gauges, and alerts are randomized for visual effect.
- The glitch text generator produces a Unicode-decorated string; it does not corrupt your device.
The site does not provide professional advice. Nothing on the site should be relied upon for security decisions, legal decisions, or any other consequential decision.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will xscript.net or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds resources from third-party services (for example Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Leaflet via unpkg). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, behavior, or policies. Their use is governed by their own terms.
9. Advertising
The site uses Google AdSense and may display third-party advertising. The privacy policy and cookies page describe how advertising data is handled and how to opt out of personalized advertising.
10. Intellectual property
The site's original code, copy, and visual design are the property of xscript.net's operator and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. The aesthetic references (the "Matrix" falling-code effect, terminal screens, cyberpunk dashboards) draw from common cultural visual vocabulary and are presented as original implementations of those styles. Any third-party trademarks shown on the site (for example, names of programming languages or libraries used in code samples) belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively, not for endorsement.
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site or any tool at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these terms or maintenance.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last reviewed on" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
14. Contact
